Do tokens expire?

Tokens you buy never expire. Team plans also include monthly tokens, which refresh on your billing date and don't roll over. Monthly tokens are always used before purchased ones.

Do I pay per signature field?

No. One token covers one person being sent one document, whether they sign once or initial every page.

Do my signers need an account?

No. Signers open a secure link from their email and sign in their browser on any device. They never need a paid seat.

What happens if a request fails to send?

Tokens are held while a request is sending and only used once it's sent successfully. If a request can't be sent, the token goes back to your balance automatically.

Does AI change my documents?

AI only suggests. Every suggested field, value or fix is shown for your review, saved in the edit history and applied only when you approve it. AI never sends a document or changes its terms on its own.

Can I use ReadyInk from ChatGPT or Claude?

Yes. ReadyInk has an MCP server that connects your account to ChatGPT and Claude. You can prepare requests, check status and send reminders from the chat, and you confirm every request before it goes out.

Is there an API?
